“I had a 5-day trip scheduled for 6 months and a couple days before my cat Jamie got sick and needed to be syringe fed and liquid antibiotics given twice a day. My house sitter was ok with normal cat care but had zero idea how to syringe feed. Initially I had planned to board Jamie at the vet for proper care but the day before we left she started showing significant improvement and neither me nor the vet wanted to subject her to the kind of stress she'd have at the vet unless absolutely necessary. They highly suggested we call Anna. She responded quickly to my desperate call for help and re-arranged her plans so she'd be in the area to care for Jamie. She worked out a schedule with the house sitter to come at 8:00am and 8:00pm and was always prompt. I received text messages with pictures and details on how my cat was doing every day on schedule. Jamie was feeling 100% better when I got home and appeared to be well cared for while I was away..”

Over the years we've had dogs with health problems, and she has dealt expertly with their special needs. In fact, she once saved our dog's life by noticing that his behavior was odd when she arrived one afternoon to walk him; we rushed him to the vet and she stayed at the house to investigate. When she discovered a container of Advil that he'd apparently gotten into, she called ahead to the vet's office and we were able to have his stomach pumped in time to save him."

"I am very pleased with the services offered by Anna. I am a long time friend of the elderly gentleman Ted Koziel of Carmel Valley. Anna has been walking Ted's poodle, Tiger, since June 2003. Anna also brushes Tiger and makes sure he has fresh food and water. Her customized visit also includes binging Ted his mail, taking out the trash, and putting out the garbage cans. Anna is also available to take Tiger to the veterinarian and to the groomer. She is very professional and reliable. In addition, she keeps me updated via phone and e-mail. Our Chloe was an escape artist and once ran out into the busy street (highway) near our house. I was extremely nervous that she would get loose if we ever left her at home and went on a trip. Well Anna is the answer to a prayer. She is so kind, responsible and careful that we never have to worry for one minute that our pets would be all right when we were gone.
